Sterling ranch

This area is to the north of Banning Lewis Ranch and is located along Vollmer Road.  This is a newer area being developed now with some new homes by local builders.  This area will take a while to be fully developed, so it should be available for quite some time.  The area is flat and affords little views.  The area is in an award-winning Academy School District 20 and shopping and general amenities are within a few miles drive.
