Sanctuary Point

Approximately 20 miles north of Colorado Springs, and just north of beautiful Fox Run Park, is a lovely, treed subdivision with three local builders. The area is located on rolling hills with pine trees. A beautiful entrance greets you as you enter this “retreat” feeling area. Vantage Homes, Classic Homes, and Saddletree Homes are builders currently in this area from whom you can choose to build your new home. Access to the subdivision is good with a short drive to I-25. The area can be subject to more snow than the Colorado Springs city area since the elevation is higher. Since the area features pine trees, make sure to check out my land section on this website for considerations about checking out the lot and have the trees inspected prior to selecting your lot.

There is an association with current fees being only $35 per month. Parks and trails surround the area with Fox Run Park directly to the south.
