Meridian Ranch
To the east, off Woodmen Road and to the north on Meridian Road, there is a newer area that features many of our area builders. The cost to build is less because of the commute to town keeps demand lower and the lots cost less money per acre for the builders to purchase and develop. Winds are higher out east and there are fewer trees. Views are minimal. New subdivisions are opening as this area develops.
