Lorson Ranch

Located to the south, off the Powers corridor and Fontaine, is an area called Lorson Ranch.  This area is great for a close commute to Fort Carson and features homes that are less in price than their northern counterparts.  If being closer to downtown or any southern location, this area may be best for you.  Some views are offered of the southern end of the Front Range.
