Gold Hill mesa
This community is located off Highway 24 on the south west side of Colorado Springs. Colorful street scenes, a community center, and a fitness center are featured in this community. The lots are very small, and townhouses are mainly available. There is an active association for the area.
They’re known for their “masterful, classic design” close to the mountains and Pikes Peak area.
