Located to the north off of Powers and Old Ranch Road, there is new construction in the areas of Cordera and North Fork. The areas run into each other and so I have put them together in this section.   

Cordera features a La Plata Community developer. Their vision: Corder is a safe, pleasant, family-oriented community that offers top notch housing, the most progressive education available, easy access to recreational opportunities, outstanding amenities and numerous retail, medical, family entertainment centers and employment all within a short walk or drive.

The area features very nice homes by local area builders. Association fees are typical with the requirements that the association imposes on owners.  There are many benefits to these areas and some lots have excellent views.
