Banning Lewis Ranch is to the east of town, off Woodmen Valley and Marksheffel Road. It is a development that is rapidly expanding and has many options to choose from. Parks with pickle ball and basketball courts are featured here. There is an association and it varies per the area within Banning Lewis Ranch. This area also features great schools: Banning Lewis Ranch Academy, and Banning Lewis Ranch Preparatory Academy. though it is considered to be a part of District 49. The area is flat, and the only views are looking toward the front range and seeing it from a distance.
The area offers Classic, Oakwood, and Covington homes. The community is slightly more affordable with options starting in the low $300k, and some courtyard style home options. Banning Lewis Ranch also offers a special community for those 55+ called The Retreat.
